All information is collected in full compliance with Canadian privacy legislation. We respect the legal protections that safeguard personal information and ensure our investigative methods remain fully lawful. As such, our findings are based on open-source intelligence and publicly available records, and we do not rely on unethical or intrusive practices that could compromise the integrity of an investigation. This enables us to prepare reports to a legally defensible standard, allowing findings to be used in court proceedings if required.

Our Process

Submit your request by phone, email, or web form. A team member will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a meeting with our lead investigator.

During the meeting, you’ll discuss the details of your case with our lead investigator and receive a price quote and payment plan tailored to your needs.

You will then receive an on-boarding form to submit a formal record of your information.

An investigator will be assigned to your case and will contact you within 7 days to review your onboarding information. They will remain in contact throughout the investigation and will be available to provide updates or answer any questions.

When the investigation is complete, an investigator will contact you to share the key findings and answer any questions you have. An official, legal-standard report will follow.
